Traci Engel Lesneski


Traci Engel Lesneski is Principal and Head of Interiors at MSR Design, Minneapolis, Minnesota. Traci has lead dozens of library projects across the United States in her 20+ years designing libraries and spaces for learning. Her believe that smartly designed buildings improve lives ensures that her library designs are beautiful, functional, and sustainable. Recent examples of her work include the award winning, dramatic re-imagination of the Madison Central Library, Wisconsin, and transformation of Tulsa City-County Library’s Central Library in Oklahoma. Traci speaks regularly at library conferences and is the author of numerous articles and papers about library design. Traci is currently chair of the American Library Association LLAMA/BES Architecture for Public Libraries committee and Secretary of the International Federation of Library Associations Library Building and Equipment Section Standing Committee.

Clayton Wehner

Clayton is a digital strategy and transformation specialist with experience in a broad range of industry sectors, including Local, State and Federal Government; Military and Defence; Recruitment and Professional Services; Education; Small Business; Retail; and Banking and Finance. Clayton has worked as the national digital manager for Defence Force Recruiting, responsible for the award-winning website and the world’s most popular recruiting-focused YouTube Channel. He is the founder and co-owner of leading Australian online bookstore Boomerang Books. He has also worked as the Digital Strategist at Rundle Mall and Public Library Services of South Australia, and is currently the Manager of Digital Strategy at TAFE SA.
