Community Engagement Librarian (Heritage Curation)

Hobsons Bay Libraries is looking for a dynamic, experienced and highly skilled individual who will play a key role in the facilitation of the curation of local historical stories and the heritage portfolio.
This is a permanent full-time role responsible for planning and delivery of programs and customer focused services in the local and family history areas.
The key responsibilities for this role include;
Your expert knowledge in digitisation, preservation, heritage research, community services and best practice trends will assist the library service to meet the changing needs of the community, and develop new ways of assisting the community in its connectedness. You will have the drive to implement projects to benefit the community, comfortably working autonomously or in a team environment.
To be considered for this role you will need to be suitably qualified/experienced.
