As one of Australia's fastest growing communities, the city's population is expected to double over the next 15 years.

This position provides leadership to teams responsible for customer service and resources across Council's landmark library facilities in Melton and Caroline Springs to ensure a coordinated approach to rostering, collection development and assets management. This includes the development, implementation and evaluation of strategy, policy and procedure for library customer service, facility operation, acquisitions and lending services.

The position is part of the senior leadership team at Melton City Libraries, which is responsible for evaluating services and presenting recommendations for service improvements and implementation.
