About the Opportunity
The Diversity Librarian is responsible for the development, promotion, delivery and evaluation of inclusive programs and services for culturally and linguistically diverse communities over the Cumberland Library network. Evening and weekend shifts are included in this role.
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience in the development of programs, collections and engagement with a diverse range of communities and proven communication (oral and written) skills in a library context.

Salary: The Diversity Librarian position is placed in Grade 11 of the salary structure with a salary range of $1199.57- $1379.50 per week. Commencement salary will depend upon qualifications, experience and competencies.
Conditions of Employment: This is a permanent full time position with access to a 9 day fortnight. Hours of work will be between 8am and 8pm Monday to Saturday depending upon the branch location and rostered shift. This position will be required to work across any branch of Cumberland Council Library Service.
