We have a unique opportunity for three strong and inspiring leaders to join our City Libraries Leadership Team within Australia’s second largest Council.

The role purpose of the positions available are outlined as follows:

Executive Co-ordinator Service Offering

  • Provide strategic and tactical leadership and management in the delivery of Information Management services for City Libraries.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to enable a service excellence operating model incorporating internally and externally supplied ICT and digital services.
  • Develop, implement and manage third party contracts and service agreements.
  • Lead and manage staff involved in the provision of library services

Executive Co-ordinator Service Management

  • Provide strategic and tactical leadership and management in the operational performance of City Libraries.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to enable a service excellence operating model with performance measures and KPI’s linked to the achievement of customer focused services.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to ensure the capability and capacity of our staff can meet our future customer needs.
  • Lead and manage staff involved in the provision of library services.

Executive Co-ordinator Service Delivery

  • Provide strategic and tactical leadership and management in the delivery of customer focused programs, engagement and communications.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to enable a service excellence operating model with performance measures and KPI’s linked to the delivery of customer focused programs and services.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to manage customer based journey maps, customer profiles and communications across the library service.
  • Lead and manage staff involved in the provision of library services.
