About the role:
The Library Officer reports to a Customer Service Coordinator and collaborates with other customer service staff and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of Library services to agreed standards. The Library Officer provides front-of-house, on-the-spot customer service to visitors exploring the building and using its collections, equipment and services. The Library Officer also supports back-of-house collection housing, shelving and retrieval processes.
