An exciting opportunity currently exists to lead the Library Services team at Mosman Council. We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven person with solid experience and expertise in library management to oversee the delivery of exceptional, contemporary library services to the Mosman community.

The Manager Library Services is responsible for planning, developing and delivering services that anticipate and respond to changing needs and the evolving role of libraries in local communities. In this position you will manage risk, budget, facilities and resources associated with the delivery of library services. 
The role is based at the Barry O'Keefe Library Mosman and is responsible for managing, inspiring and supporting a Library Services team engaged in all aspects of library operations, including resource development, programming and high quality customer service. 

You will bring your experience in a senior leadership position, superior staff and resource management skills and excellent strategic-planning capabilities. You will have a demonstrated ability to engender cooperation and drive a team-based culture that delivers results.
