Full Time Permanent Position

Salary Range $82,017 to $89,313 pa + 9.5% super + RDO

Melton City Council is seeking a dynamic leader to enhance library customer service delivery for our world class and landmark library facilities.

As one of Australia's fastest growing communities, the city's population is expected to double over the next 15 years. This position leads a whole of library service approach to create a proactive, customer engagement culture. As a key member of the library leadership team, the successful applicant will lead the day-to-day operations at a Library and Learning Hub site, ensuring our facilities, collection and spaces are presented as vibrant, active community hubs.

The successful candidate will have experience in leading and motivating staff in an environment of innovation and continuous improvement. As a passionate library leader, the ideal candidate will have a firm understanding of the management of library facilities.
