Band 3:  $39.53 per hour (inc. 25% casual loading)

Casual Senior Customer Service Officers (multiple roles)

Band 4:  $42.62 per hour (inc. 25% casual loading)

Are you an experienced Customer Service professional that is flexible and available at short notice? Hobsons Bay City Council is seeking Casual Customer Service Officers and Casual Senior Customer Service Officers to support the provision of high quality, consistent and effective service to our customers.

These positions require friendly, experienced and helpful professionals to deliver customer centred and responsive services to our community via a range of interaction types including in person, by telephone and online at any Hobsons Bay service centre, library, community hub, call centre or outreach location as allowed for under Council’s Covid safe plan and may also be required to work from home.

In order to be successful in this role you will be flexible, able to work on short notice and have availability to work weekdays, evenings and weekends.

It is an exciting time to join Council’s newly formed Community Learning and Service Centres Department, with internal consultation on a service redesign and new structure currently underway. If interested, successful candidates will also be offered the opportunity to apply for a permanent part time or full time position with the team once the new structure is confirmed.
