Band 4 - $68,101.58 - $73,462.90 + super

Yarra Libraries currently has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and resilient person with excellent customer service skills, a broad knowledge of books and the confidence to select material for home library service customers, to join our Fitzroy Library team and home library service staff.
Fitzroy, located in the heart of Yarra, is home to a rich and diverse community and the library has been part of that community since 1877. The familiar saying Libraries Change Lives is something we live every day in our Library Services as we support the complex needs of our vibrant community.
Home Library deliveries are made to private homes and institutions in Yarra using the library van which is an automatic. The position also supports our volunteers who make some of our deliveries to home library service patrons.
A current driver’s licence is required.
The position is based at Fitzroy Library but may be required to work at other branches. The position will include rostered desk shifts.
