Council is seeking an inspiring, motivated and influential individual to lead the Murrindindi Library Service.

As the Coordinator, Murrindindi Library Service, you will lead an innovative library service which meets the changing needs of communities across our Shire. You will be joining our library service at a pivotal time as we will shortly begin a review of our library service, including by engaging with our community to ensure our services are meeting their current and future needs.

In addition to taking an important role in implementation of recommendations of that review, you will have proven experience in managing and leading a team across multiple sites and contributing to a positive, healthy and vibrant staff culture.

You will be an effective and consultative leader with excellent communication skills, experience in leading successfully, including during periods of change and an understanding of best practice trends in the library sector.
