The role reports to the Team Leader and will be responsible for the development and delivery of innovative programs that encourage community learning across all the City of Canning Libraries. The successful applicant will be delivering exciting learning outcomes for community members as well as being able to develop effective operations of library systems, collections and provision.
- 39.5 hours per fortnight
- Some weekends and evening required

- $77,090 - $84,122 per annum pro rata + 10.5% super
Applicants will have eligibility for ALIA Association, Allied Membership or similar experience, combined with 3 to 5 years of professional customer service experience, as well as a current satisfactory National Police Certificate and Working with Children Check. The right applicant for the role will have a qualification in Librarianship and/or Community Development, advance digital literacy skills, the ability to provide strong team direction and have a strong awareness of self-management. They will enjoy working in a community first environment; that is challenging as well as fulfilling.
