About the Role
- Lead a high-performance outcome-oriented team to deliver strategic and service objectives to meet the evolving library and lifelong learning needs of our community.
- Maximise community access and participation in library services with a focus on access, equity and inclusion.
- Drive strategy through evidence and community engagement.
- Develop and deliver innovative physical and virtual library facilities and services.
Skills & Experience
- Significant leadership experience with the ability to model the cultural expectations of the organisation.
- Tertiary qualifications and significant experience in a relevant field.
- Change management, strategy development and implementation, project management
