Band 6, $82,751 - $89,624 plus superannuation Pro rata
This is a rare opportunity to own the HSW portfolio in a value-based organisation committed to providing a safe space for our community. Working as part of the People and Business Operations team, you will make your mark and strengthen the existing OHS processes and implement targeted, relevant and effective programs organizational-wide.
This is a stand-alone and hands-on role that requires both the ability to work at operational and strategic levels. You are recognised by your ability to build relationships and work effectively to deliver outcomes. You clearly role model the right behaviours in a positive safety culture and know how to influence and partner effectively. Your focus is on progressing the organisation so GRLC can continue to offer quality service to its customers.
You will be responsible for but not limited to;
- Leading a safety culture through collaborating with GRLC teams, building strong relationship and providing credible, relevant and timely advice.
- Establishing a clear, consistent and transparent framework and process for all HSW related activities.
- Ensuring continuous improvement and supporting programs and initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Contributing and advising on best practice and opportunities to continue to position our libraries as an inclusive and safe environment for staff and the community.
