As a senior member of the Library team, you will have the ability to think strategically, contribute innovative ideas and collaborate with the senior team to achieve the Library’s strategic objectives. An engaging leader, you will develop, train and motivate your team to provide exceptional library and information services that exceeds customer expectations.

To be considered, you must have relevant experience at a senior level within a library or similar public contact environment. You must be highly organised and able to juggle competing priorities without compromising on service delivery. This is a demanding role that requires a forward-thinking person who can drive process efficiencies; build effective internal partnerships; monitor industry trends and generate new ideas.
