About the role:

The new Belmont Hub is now open for business and you have an opportunity to play a pivotal role in making it a success. Our state of the art Library and Museum involves a new way of operating and a new way of thinking. This exciting and rewarding role gives you the chance to create a new way for your team to engage with our customers. You will be responsible for the staff who deliver services direct to our customers including daily Library operations, a digital hub, meeting rooms, interactive state of the art Museum and expanded services in the multi-media recording studio, Library shop, compact cinema and demonstration kitchen.

To achieve this you will be directly responsible for a team of 10 staff plus volunteers, whilst managing rosters across the Library and Museum for a 7 day week operation.

The ideal candidate for this specialist position will have a strong customer engagement focus, leadership skills and relevant experience working in a fast paced library or similar.
