About the position:
As a Library Services Officer at the Jackson Library, you will be supporting efficient operations through library services and customer support. Key duties include maintaining accurate library membership data, processing resources, and following up on overdue items. The position requires keeping records in compliance with the State Library of Queensland (SLQ) and Council guidelines. Additionally, the role provides high-quality customer service, both in person and over the phone.

Details and Benefits:
- Position based in Jackson QLD
- This is a permanent, part-time position, working 1 day per week (Wednesday)
- Maranoa Regional Council Certified Agreement 2023 - Stream A - Level 2 - $33.42 per hour
- Entitlement to Maranoa Locality Allowance - $72.00 per fortnight
