Classification: Band 4, Level A-D $73,281 – $79,619 (Dependent on skills and experience)
- Permanent, Part time – 20.5 Hours per week including 1 in 3 rostered Saturdays

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting your community? Join Your Library as a Senior Customer Service Officer and play a key role in creating welcoming, vibrant spaces for learning and connection. As a Senior Customer Service Officer, you will:
- Provide outstanding customer service to library members, visitors, and staff.
- Model positive customer interactions and support team development.
- Assist with library programs and events that inspire and engage our diverse community.
- Maintain a safe, organised, and visually appealing branch environment.
- Offer operational and administrative support to the Branch Manager and Team Leader.
This role is integral to achieving Your Library’s strategic vision of promoting literacy, digital inclusion, and community wellbeing. You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement by participating in staff forums, training, and service development initiatives.
