Port Stephens Council Libraries is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Customer Service Supervisor with strong communication and interpersonal skills to join our Tomaree Library Team. You’ll play a vital role in supervising the day-to-day circulation operations of the library including the daily allocation of staff tasks and responsibilities, undertake customer service duties and deliver services and programs to ensure the provision of a high quality library service.
The current working arrangement for the position is 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday and every third Saturday.
