Technology and Digital Services Lead
Located at: Your Library Administration
Classification: Band 5 ($80,315 – $93,788 + super)
Permanent full time – 38.00 hours per week
About the role.
The Technology and Digital Services Lead is responsible for maintaining the Library website and other customer facing digital services for the community. They will oversee the digital collection in conjunction with the Manager Collections and coordinate a program of technology support delivered by the Technology Support Officers located in each branch.
The successful candidate will have:
- An understanding of specialised technologies and digital services in a public library setting.
- Extensive web authoring and maintenance skills (WordPress, PHP, AWS, etc.) and the ability to develop online content using a range of multimedia tools and applications.
- Ability to research, identify and recommend innovative emerging digital systems and technologies solutions.
- Knowledge of library digital collections and other eResources.
- Ability to lead technology projects with guidance and support.
- Highly developed customer service skills with demonstrated knowledge of techniques to deal with a range of customers.

Your Library Limited (formerly Eastern Regional Libraries Corporation) delivers library service to the residents of the Cities of Knox and Maroondah and the Shire of Yarra Ranges. Your Library operates over 14 locations and employs 120 staff. The Board is made up of Councillors from each of our member Councils and is responsible for the overall governance and policy direction of the Library.
