Connected Libraries has a 3 day a week fixed term contract available within our Leadership Team and is a job share opportunity for a period of 12 months.

As this is a job share opportunity, several responsibilities within the position description will be split and allocated to individual parties within the job share arrangement, dependent on their individual strengths, although Branch Leadership is a key component of the role.

CL has a shared vision, mission and values that are absolutely vital to our success.

They define who we are and how we operate. At CL we value our staff and encourage them to strive to be the best they can, using their strengths every day.

Our library service is important to our community, and we want our people (staff and customers) to feel valued and appreciated.

Our team works in libraries because they really care about their community and want to make a difference.

If you are looking for a challenging and broad role within a dynamic and passionate leadership team, then this is the role for you!
