Port Stephens Council Libraries is seeking two enthusiastic and highly motivated Senior Customer Service Officers with strong communication and interpersonal skills to join the team at Raymond Terrace and Tomaree Libraries. You’ll play a vital role in delivering quality customer service across Port Stephens Libraries by overseeing branch IT, assisting with the coordination of branch activities, and participating in the planning, development, implementation and promotion of library services, programs and events.
The current working arrangement for both positions is 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday and every third Saturday.

- Base Salary Range: $63,440 - $72,003 pa based on a 35 hour week + 11% superannuation + $2,284 retention allowance
