- These roles will work across a number of library service locations including Port Fairy, Koroit and Mortlake
- one permanent part time position: 17 hours per fortnight; 9am to 4.30pm Mondays (30 minute unpaid lunch break) and 9am to 12pm alternate Saturdays
We are seeking passionate and dedicated professionals to support the delivery of excellent library service across our shared library network.
To be successful in this role you will need
Qualifications
Essential
- Current Victorian driver licence
- Employee working with children check
Experience
Desirable
- Experience working in Libraries and / or qualifications recognised by the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA)
- Experience in working in field of community service and / or ability to identify with community needs
Key selection criteria 1
Experience delivering excellent customer service in a fast paced environment.
Key selection criteria 2
Skilled using and assisting others with technology, ability to learn and use library management software.
Key selection criteria 3
Knowledge of contemporary public library services, particularly readers advisory and online resources
