Technology Support Officer
Located at: Lilydale Library
- Classification: Band 4 Level A-D $73,281 – $79,619 pro rata (dependent on skills and experience)
- Permanent, Part time – 20.25 hours average per week including 1 in 3 rostered Saturdays (Lilydale)
- 12% Superannuation
Roster:
- Wednesday 9am – 1pm 4 hours
- Thursday 9am – 5.30pm 7.75 hours
- Friday 9am – 5.30pm 7.75 hours
- Saturday (1 in 3) Lilydale 9:45am – 12noon 2.25 hours + 1 hour OT

As a Tech Support Officer, you will:
- Deliver engaging educational programs to improve patrons’ knowledge of digital library resources and technology use.
- Support and train staff to confidently use technology and promote digital services to the community.
- Work closely with the Technology and Digital Services Lead to implement strategies that achieve our digital literacy goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure compliance with relevant standards, including Equal Employment Opportunity, Victorian Child Safe Standards, and OH&S.

We’re seeking someone who is:
- Tech-savvy and passionate about helping others learn.

A current Working with Children Check and Driver’s Licence are required (or willingness to obtain).
