Technology Support Officer
Located at: Your Library – Eastern Suburbs
Classification: Band 4 Level A–D (dependent on skills and experience), $75,150 – $81,650 plus 12% Superannuation
- Permanent position
- Full-time position, including rostered Saturdays (35 hours per week)
- Part-time hours may be considered for the successful applicant
- To commence as soon as possible

As a Tech Support Officer, you will:
- Deliver engaging educational programs to improve patrons’ knowledge of digital library resources and technology use.
- Support and train staff to confidently use technology and promote digital services to the community.
- Work closely with the Technology and Digital Services Lead to implement strategies that achieve our digital literacy goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure compliance with relevant standards, including Equal Employment Opportunity, Victorian Child Safe Standards, and OH&S.
