MCT is a small company based in Victoria, operating throughout Australia and overseas. MCT’s Director Jan Murray has extensive practical experience in local government, state government and non-government sectors in both Australia and the United Kingdom providing a sound basis for her consultancy work. Jan is also an accredited trainer and has been involved in library education for more than 20 years.
