About the Position

The City of Cockburn is a growing council, requiring broad and innovative programs and services available to our whole community. Located in Spearwood, The City is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Library Manager to join the City’s Library leadership team.

About You

The successful candidate will be able to lead and motivate a highly performing library team with a strong understanding of social inclusion, program design and library operations.

You will thrive working with a high level of autonomy and have sound management experience. You will bring a well-developed understanding of library operations and value motivation, enthusiasm, and a sense of fun! If this sounds like you, get in touch!

Salary: $107,375.81 - $114,022.38 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

A generous salary package will be offered to the right candidate, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications.
